To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1x and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of the system, your account registration, or submission of an application through the platform.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your account credentials, and ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and organisational policies.
4. Acceptance
By creating an account or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
